The quote "Repeat a lie often enough and it becomes the truth" is often misattributed to Voltaire. However, there is no evidence that he ever said or wrote this. The phrase is more commonly linked to Joseph Goebbels, the Nazi propaganda minister, though even this attribution is debated.

This is one that I will start with, as it applies to the current US Government. This imbecile president spews such bullcrap out of his mouth. All of his idiot followers actually believe it. For example, in 2024 the Orange Fecal Stain said that children were going to school as one physical gender and coming home a different gender. (Lavietes, 2024)
That has to be one of the most ludacris things I have ever heard. I am going to use some critical thinking here.
1. I don’t know for sure, but I’m going to guess that performing surgery on children without parental consent is against the law. I think we can all agree on that.
2. Surgically altering someone's genitalia, or gender reassignment surgery is a process that takes a period of months if not years.
So, to anyone in the MAGA Circle that is so stupid and that much of an idiot that believes that, in my opinion, is too stupid to be part of the human race and may as well just jump in front of a speeding train right now. The only thing that you are good for is carrion and worm food. You are stupid.

This one fits perfectly. That vile THING was invited to speak at the National Association of Black Journalists conference. He was confronted by a Black journalist about his bigoted and often racist remarks. He immediately attacked the young lady, accusing her of all sorts of trickery, spoke about things that had no bearing on the question and became very defensive.(Darcy, 2024) . This proved to me, once again, that this cretin does not deserve to walk amongst us as a human being.

He theorized that Biden might be trying to murder Trump supporters with fentanyl. (Lampen, 2024) Good Lord! I am not going to bother to analyse that statement with critical thinking as it is so freaking stupid. However, he did also call the Orange Cretin an “asshole” and called him ‘America's Hitler’ - so, I wonder what his price was? To flip-flop like that?

When that subhuman creature was president the first time, his nephew Fred Trump, went to the White House to ask his uncle for more help with disabled Americans. Fred’s son has all sorts of medical problems that he was born with, and so he requires constant care. His low-life uncle said:
“Those people . . . ” Donald said, trailing off. “The shape they’re in, all the expenses, maybe those kinds of people should just die.” (Trump, 2024)
This statement, I find personally very hurtful for several reasons. I have an adult disabled son. I know many disabled persons who are full of love and happiness. How can anyone think like that? I find it the most vile and disgusting thing that came out of that THING.

This is so, so true! I’m 58 and I learn every day. Another somewhat Philosopher that I discovered is a man named Carlo M. Cipolla. He wrote an essay called The Basic Laws of Human Stupidity, and it is so true. I see it constantly. Human stupidity is a trait like blue eyes or red hair. My take from his essay is that we are all stupid, so if we use critical thinking, perhaps we can forcibly stop our stupid behaviour.
The most true of all his observations is “A stupid person is the most dangerous type of person.”. I agree with this 100%. The USA was doing somewhat fine, not perfect. It’s a Republic/Democracy which is not a perfect form of Government, but it’s probably the best we are going to do at this point.
However, if you look at the stupidity of the leadership, and the after effects of it. Yes, they are all stupid and they are all dangerous. I still feel like I’m in a bad dream in which I cannot wake up.
